GVFH Christian Academy is a Christian school located on the God’s Vision For Haiti campus in Cambry, Les Cayes, Haiti. The school accepts children of all religious background. However, all students will receive a standard Christian education, without imposing our faith on them.

At GVFH Christian Academy, we want to create an environment that fosters excellence and holistic learning conditions for our children to grow spiritually, socially, intellectually, and physically. We train our children to create a better world by preparing them today for the future challenges they may face.
We will develop educational strategies that will enable students to become agents of change in the country. We thus offer them a solid program of civic and moral orientation in a very rigorous education plan which not only follows the standards set by the local Education and Vocational Training Department, but also which offers an excellent college prep education.

Train our students to have high moral values and be competitive at the national and international level. Provide them with the knowledge and skills necessary to succeed at all levels (at university, at work and in everyday life).

Love
- As a Christian school, Love is our greatest value. We inspire the children to live the words of this verse
- “Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind and with all your strength. The second is this: Love your neighbor as yourself. There is no commandment greater than these.” – Mark 12:30-31
Respect
- We teach our children to consider all individuals with dignity and care, understand the feelings and reasoning of others, always act in solidarity.
- To be respectful means to care about another person or something. Respect for self, others, social norms, environment, values, laws, culture and family. Respect can be summarized as, it is to treat others as you would like to be treated.
Responsability
- Responsibility is being reliable, making good choices and taking responsibility for your actions.
- We believe in the importance of every child learning to be responsible and developing leadership potential from an early age.
Perseverance
- Perseverance is one’s willingness to pursue an action despite the difficulties to remain firm with a positive attitude.
- We believe that perseverance is the foundation of all success and accomplishments whether academic, professional, personal or family. We encourage children to persist in the face of adversity and to accomplish everything with honesty and fairness, both in word and deed.

We are committed to providing a holistic and exceptional education. Life outside the classroom is one aspect of what we offer. Extra-curricular activities instill a sense of high morale, adventure, leadership, teamwork, and decision-making in addition to the school curriculum. We ensure that our children develop skills and abilities beyond the purely academic aspect in order to prepare them for the world of tomorrow and the challenges they may encounter.
Pedagogical Approaches
We are committed to providing students with quality training, which drives us to seek teachers who are both qualified and competent, who are always willing to go above and beyond to ensure the success of our children. Thus, teaching will be provided by prioritizing the competency-based approach, where the child will be at the center. The teacher will understand that each child has his abilities and that he must help him develop them.
