As you may have heard, Grace is heading for us this evening. While this storm has been downgraded and the winds will hopefully not do too much damage, the estimated 15 inches of rain will be devastating.
With so many homeless people sheltering in makeshift tents or nothing at all, and the terrain already unstable, the timing of this storm couldn’t be worse.
Please pray for us and the people of Haiti, for our safety and for strength to get through tonight and the days and months ahead.
From the bottom of our hearts, we thank you for joining us in these relief efforts. There is no way we could be doing any of this without you.
We praise God, knowing that He is in control, and our strength for today and hope for tomorrow.
