On Wednesday we gathered EVERYONE (part-time, full-time, contractors, and advisors) who currently joins in making God’s Vision For Haiti an exceptional place to serve.

WOW was the only word that came to mind as we paused to admire the size of the group compared to our first Team Building Day in 2022! Every pillar was represented in the room–a HUGE milestone for GVFH! We thank God for guiding us and giving us the discernment to choose this group of passionate and talented individuals, they compliment each other and work well together!

This year we moved the event from the conference room to the auditorium. For some, they have been part of the GVFH family since the beginning of our journey in South Haiti, for others it was their first official day. We worshiped and meditated on God’s Word together, each participant got to know his/her self as well as their colleagues better with a personality test, learned about characteristics of an effective team, constructive communication, tested his/her knowledge about GVFH using a Kahoot quiz (which was a new, exciting, and interactive way to quiz for everyone), and we spent time writing encouraging notes to each other which will bless us all for months to come.

We all came away from the day refreshed and so blessed to be serving God together at GVFH, and for the opportunity to have front row seats in seeing how God is blessing our community through His leading. We are so excited to continue the good work that God has before us all!
